Abstract

The economy of Sidenreng Rappang Regency grew by 4.05 percent (y-on-y) in 2024 compared to the previous year. From the production side, the Other Services sector experienced the highest growth at 13.34 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the highest growth occurred in the Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households (NPISH) consumption expenditure component at 10.48 percent.

The economy of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, based on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices (ADHB) in 2024, reached IDR 19.61 trillion, while at constant prices (ADHK), it reached IDR 9.99 trillion. Based on the interim population of Sidenreng Rappang Regency in 2024, the GRDP per capita was recorded at IDR 59.31 million.

The largest contribution to GRDP by business sector in Sidenreng Rappang Regency in 2024 was from the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries sector, accounting for 28.76 percent of the total GRDP at current prices (ADHB). Meanwhile, from the expenditure perspective, the highest contribution came from the Household Consumption Expenditure component, accounting for 57.40 percent.
