In June 2021, there were no foreign tourist
visits to South Sulawesi. The spread of Covid-19 which has not subsided has an
impact on tourist travel.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star
classification hotels in South Sulawesi in June 2021 increased by 11.70 points
compared to the TPK in May 2021, from 30.29 percent in May 2021 to 41.99
percent in June 2021. When compared to June 2020 (18.98 percent), the ROR of
star classification hotels in June 2021 rose by 23.01 points.

The average length of stay of foreign and
domestic guests at star classification hotels in South Sulawesi during June
2021 was 1.86 days and 1.55 days, respectively.
