Data Needs Survey

In disseminating statistical data and information, BPS provides Integrated Statistics Services (PST) units at BPS, provincial BPS, and district / city BPS. The existence of BPS PST units is expected to be able to facilitate consumers in finding statistical data and information. This is caused by the services provided through BPS PST units which are one-door services.

The services provided by BPS are not only done face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit, but also without face-to-face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter, website, or online statistical services. Nevertheless, BPS still tries to provide excellent service for each service provided.

Monitoring public services needs to be done by BPS in order to improve the quality of data and services provided. Therefore, BPS conducts a survey to determine the needs and satisfaction of consumers with BPS data and services. This survey is called the Data Needs Survey.
